The party that stops a nation

Invitations just went out for our Housewarming/Engagement/Birthday party on the 2nd of September. Unfortunately the news of our engagement was leaked by someone who very inconsiderately read my blog. Doesn't anyone read the title anymore? All these "real" readers are upsetting my non-existant "readers"!

Seriously though, it is nice that a few people have actually taken a fleeting interest in what I have to say. With the sale and purchase of our new house, the issues we have had have basically consumed my life and as a result turned my blog into a boring diary of my house related woes. This has to change! From now on I am going to go back to my original intention of posts ranting about things I find stupid or drooling over new gadgets. Equally uninteresting to the casual observer, but at least I'll have more fun looking back on the posts in future.

I am also thinking about starting up a regular weekly or bi-weekly review post, more on that later.
